The one cookie we use

If you accept our cookie banner, we set a single first-party cookie called ah_vid - a random identifier that lets us count visits and understand which pages are useful. It contains no personal information, is never shared with ad networks, and expires after 400 days. If you decline, we set nothing and track nothing.

What we record

With consent, we log the pages you view, the referring site, your browser’s language and screen size, and standard UTM campaign tags. This data lives in our own database (hosted in ap-southeast-1, Singapore) and is used only to improve the website.

Contact form

Details you submit through the contact form (name, email, organisation, message) are stored so we can reply, and are never sold or shared with third parties.

Your choices

You can clear the ah_vid cookie in your browser at any time - the banner will simply ask again on your next visit. To have your data removed, email contact@anyhealth.asia and we’ll delete it.
