Patients pay the price.
Every clinic group we spoke to told the same story. Bookings come in by phone during office hours only. Reminders are typed by hand - when someone has time. Patients who miss appointments quietly disappear. Each branch runs its own number, its own list, its own way of doing things. And the systems that hold it all together - the CMS, the EMR - were never built to talk to patients.
Meanwhile, patients live on WhatsApp. They don’t want another app, another portal, another password. They want to send a voice note at 11 PM and wake up to a confirmed appointment at the branch nearest to them.
AnyHealth bridges those two worlds. We put an AI orchestration layer on top of the systems clinics already own, and give patients one conversation that handles everything - booking, reminders, follow-ups, refills, transfers and more. The result from our pilots: no-shows down from 28% to 10%, three hours of admin saved per day, and 3 out of 4 patients staying connected after the visit.
